1000 posts! And interviews with Runescape fan site owners

Yes, this is post #1000. I can hardly believe it myself. When I started this blog I had doubts about finding new things, articles and other Runescape blogs to talk about on daily basis, but it turned out that Runescape community is so huge and so dynamic that it wasn't really such a big problem after all. Plus, my dear readers, you never abandoned me and I am grateful for every comment you made. Thank you very much!



Now, I have a special "anniversary" (and, I guess, Christmas/New Year) treat for you (and me :)). Starting this Wednesday I'll be publishing a set of exclusive interviews with Runescape, Stellar Dawn and, possibly, Fan Orb fan site founders, owners and, in some cases, lead developers and administrators. I hope that this set of interviews will help Runescape (and future Stellar Dawn) players to better understand what is driving and motivating people behind all these wonderful sites everybody uses, why were these sites created and what fan site owners/developers/admins have to deal with in order to maintain the sites.

The interviews will be published on a daily basis until I run out of them :)
I already got quite a few (and expecting more), thanks to very warm reception from pretty much all fan/clan sites I was able to contact.

The interviews will be published in the order I received them, so don't look for any extra meaning in that :)

That's it. I can't wait till Wednesday.
I enjoyed reading the interviews I got so far and I'm sure you will too.

    1K is much more exciting than my 50! XD Congratulations, and can't wait to see some more posts. If you ever get 5,000.. We're going to definitely have to do something special for you. I'll bring the cake with every blog post title on it. That will be an expensive cake. :)

    Congratulations Vaskor! I wish you happy holidays! 1k Blog posts is a huge milestone! we should celebrate this in-game, we should celebrate this through multiple ways. 1K Blog posts is a huge accomplishment! I hope that you inspire many more people to join the rs blogging community. And if I rememeber well, I think that what led me to start rs Blogging is in big part of me finding that blog post of yours (which embedded that video from Silentc0re about rsblogging).

    Expect rs blogging to explode now, especially with old wilderness comming back!, cheers!
