No appeals from the Green Zone and Junk Trades in Runescape

Apparently you can't appeal offenses if you are still in the Green Zone.

Another thing Tim touches upon in his post is so called "junk trades", when players work around the trade limit by adding "junk" (such as willow logs, tiaras, granite etc.) to the trades. I know many players use this method - I don't. I don't think it is right. The whole thing literally screams: "there is a flaw in the game and there is an exploit of this flaw". It is so artificial - it just can't be right. What do you think?
