Nice little tool for calculating how many sacred clay tools you would need to reach a goal for a particular skill. Thanks to Whitehawk501 for hosting it and unknown to me th3_l3vel_3 for creating the tool.

P.S. did the Curse of Arrav quest today - too easy for a grandmaster quest, IMHO. Mostly fun, but after the meeting with Arrav I definitely expected more out of this quest. Oh, well, let's hope the next part is more challenging and exciting.

Sacred Clay Tools and Randoms

Steve made an interesting observation about absence of random events during skilling with sacred clay tools. I personally used the clay hammer a lot and also don't remember getting any randoms. What were your experiences with these tools? Please, comment on Steve's post.
