I just stumbled upon a description of a very singular Runescape NPC who was introduced into the game twice in recent years by Jagex, never stayed long and apparently got permanently removed in 2007. The NPC would say something along those lines:
- Let me escort you to Falador, Vaskor.
- There is no escape, Vaskor...
- Muahahahahaha.
Who would that be?
