Ring of Wealth was always a mystery for me. I do wear it almost all the time, but haven't had a single dragon drop. So, naturally, I was beginning to question its usefulness. Anyway, I am glad I stumbled upon this guide which nicely explains how the ring works and where should it be used for its full potential.

I used to wear the ring of wealth all the time and also got nothing. Then i did an experiment. I went to kbd (I solo it alot) and killed 200 with the ring then 200 without. Result 200 with-no drag drops, 200 without-4 drag meds. Also for those that wc, rabbit's foot is the same. 1k yews with rabbits foot, zero nests. 1k without, 6 nests. The things that were made to increase luck, seem to actually decrease it. I no longer use either and couldn't be happier.
