I'm just worried about the article generalizing the behaviour of these four groups of people.
How many players really do act like their corresponding classification?
Agreed tim, I wrote that same reponse to that blog on jax's site.
It's not fair to catagorize people
when so many of them don't fit those profiles.

I don't see what fairness has to do with classifications :-) Classifications by nature are general and do not account for all situations. But it is not their purpose. I bet Jagex is using something like Jax's classification during their planning sessions.
Of course, you can go deeper and establish more categories, but the point is in finding/describing general tendencies, not individuals.
