Runescape Market is stable!

Qeltar made a statement about Runescape Market being stable in his last TWIRP report. I agree, the market is indeed stable, herbs, logs, runes, ores and food prices are at respectable levels (Sharks are 1K+ again, aren't they?), treasure trail items got very distinct ranges, rares are not flying around wildly, weapons and armor prices reached their high alchemy based bottoms. All the turmoil caused by the radical Nov-Jan updates has dissipated away. Speculation on the GE is extremely easy now.

It is stable except for rare items.

I would argue that even rares are stable with an exception of a few party hats which are pretty much locked down because of a low volume.

But things like Santas and H'ween masks are tradeable and stable.
