Good essay of an ex-pmod about Runescape player moderator's status, responsibilities, attitude and feelings. A bit of history too. Nothing shockingly new, but the essay is nicely written and overall good read.

I can agree with him on that, I was not a player moderator for 3 years, but a few weeks. I probably didnt have as many problems as him since I was pretty much always silent unless someone was breaking a rule, thus I didnt get a lot of people bugging me :P. Anyway its a great find :).
