Steve's guide about powerleveling Summoning skill after level 74. The only thing I would add there is an option to high alch pouches on a spot. It would make this method far less costly, though not as fast.

Great guide, but as in so many skills money is the key, I'd personally be willing to go so far as to make the pouches the way he says, but would be unwilling to change to scrolls, so as to still be able to trade in the pouches. But good guide never the less.
