Still Alive

I believe I owe an apology to you, my dear readers. I am sorry for my abrupt disappearance and anxiety it might have caused...

I am still alive, but I guess I really needed a break from RS. A month went by, but I am not at the point of being ready to return. Though, I think I will return sooner or later.

As Merch Gwyar once put it, real life happened... At the end of the February our orienteering club hosted US championship event. Many people contributed. I personally poured 2 months worth of weekends into the preparation and the event went great. But then I felt complete emptiness - you know, when you give it all to some cause and then it's over... I needed to rest, both mentally and physically. That's when I stopped posting. Then a week later we had a death in the family... And two weeks later I had to go on a long business trip to St. Louis. I am back now, don't know for how long, though.

I do have an intention to resume regular posting, just don't know when... Hopefully, soon.

Well, it's a good thing when real life intervenes, if nothing else it proves one is part of the human race. That said, I do hope you will return, eventually. It kinda reminds me of my 'year off'.

Sorry to hear about the death Vaskor. That's always hard to deal with.

On the other hand, breaks are good. Good job with the orienteering thing! Take your time, recharge your batteries, get done what needs to get done.

Thanks for the heads up and letting us know you're alright! We await your return :)

Yeah, I know the feeling. I haven't posted on my blog for a while now either.

I'm sorry to hear about your bad news, but nice one with the orienteering.

Thanks for the head's up that you're alive. We'll all be waiting when you're ready to come back, so go and recharge your batteries. <3

No apology necessary. We have all become so used to the Runescape Reader's Digest, that not having it around was actually pretty noticeable, especially when others started to blog about the abrupt disappearance of updates.

Real life has increased its demands on my time as well (but not nearly as many people noticed my dearth of blog posts :).

I hope everything works out the best for you, and remember, I am sure I speak for many of your fans, if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask.

Hmm, interesting if nothing else, I also took time off runescape, to focus on studies and etc etc, but now that i'm back, it is time to get bakc on track, and that is pretty hard when you have other things on your mind other than just runescape, so thanks and I wish you well in your further posts and etc.
