Family Fun in Runescape

Awesome story from Kitt Fox about getting her husband to try Runescape. What a great example of how Runescape can (and should!) be used for family fun! I know many players have some one from their family playing too, but my point is that you can have great time inviting any of your relatives in even if they don't and ever won't play Runescape on their own in the future.

My wife is no gamer (I mean at all), but I remember my son once getting her into Runescape for an hour or so. They tried this an that, but ended up calling me into the woods right behind the Lumbridge castle to show how they could do synchronized dances :) She never logged into Runescape since then, but we all remember that occasion with mirth and joy.

I got the following people in my family playing the game: myself, my wife, my brother in law, my brother, my mother-in-law, 2 of my kids play regularly, my other kid plays from time to time, my wifes best friend, and her husband, and one of their kids.

all of them except the part time playing child, and my brother in law are members (but the brother in law will probably get members shortly, he's running out of things to do in F2P.)

Family game... yup! =)

My sister once caught me on runescape when I accidentally left my pms on and ratted me out to my parents when I should have been studying many years ago.

Never again!

Two nephews play regularly, while several IRL friends do too. :D
