Barbarian Assault for Skillers

I went to replenish my Penance Horn today (after half a year hiatus) and had a great time at Barbarian Assault. Played on three different random teams through all ten waves - and every one of those teams worked as smoothly as it could be! And now I wonder was I simply lucky, or maybe the minigame is old enough that only players who really like it (and thus are proficient) keep coming there?
