Take a look at the interview with Aliensvortex, the owner and developer of the Global RuneScape fan site.
I find it surprising - this is the only such interview I know about. People take interviews from great skillers, pkers, duelers, but not from PHP developers, who actually make the pages appear, tools work and content flow :-)
