Unfortunately, but unsurprisingly this ugly real world issue spills out into Runescape too. Kuemper talked about several situations she was involved into before, now Titus posted about his encounter with racism in Runescape. I've seen it too, not inside the game, but in comments to my Runescape videos on YouTube.
I feel pity for those racist kids and teenagers, knowing how narrow minded they are, how ignorant they are. And how unhappy they will be during their whole lives...

From what I can see that was not a case of racism but a case of ignorance or lack of knowledge, there is nothing in that post that makes me think of racism, if the player didn't know about your country and asks questions that is a case of trying to learn about it, instead of shouting racism you should just tell him about it, he may be a young player and not able to put into words tactfully questions that he would like answered, as far as he knows Singapore could be one of those places we see in the charity videos asking for water aid, I know it isn't but a 12 year old boy living in Birmingham may not, not everyone knows everything about every country or culture.
Before shouting racism think is it racism or is it a lack of knowledge, racism must be challenged lack of knowledge should be taught, attacking a lack of knowledge will only fuel racism.
well, you might not have seen the whole conversation, but there were bits that indicated that he generalises asians as being on the lower half of the world in terms of education and wealth. and he did not appear to be curious and asking questions to learn, rather he was offensive, and insulted me, my country and race without any reason for him to do so. and no, he was not provoked.
i hope that clears any doubt you might have about his intentions.
