While I myself guilty in giving training advice to other players, I can't disagree with Steve here: the best way to train on Runescape is the one you like. Not the fastest way, not the cheapest way, but the one you actually enjoy. And if there are no such ways to train a skill, maybe you shouldn't train that skill at all, unless there are other reasons driving you.
