Jagex made several new useful sticky threads on the official Runescape forum. I'd like to point to the Grand Exchange price feedback one. Now, if you feel that the GE does not accommodate trading of some items, you have an official place to provide your input. Hopefully, it'll help to fix the "junk" items issue too.
