Apparently 20 min is not the only game ending condition in Stealing Creations! It can be completed in 15 minutes (and possibly even faster). The game also ends when all resources are picked up! It never happens in the official Stealing Creations worlds, but it may very well happen in a "non-combat" private game. Thanks to Jax for pointing it out.
