Now, that's something I always wanted to have, but not as much as to actually go and look for a guide about making them. Thanks to Marlain, the guide was delivered right into my Google Reader :-)

I got that staff for f2p warring.
I put a water talisman on top of it. Not much use for it apart from looking like you have a fish on a stick.
I <3 Marlaine! I had no idea about this, but rushed to do it the second I read about it.
I'm saving sooo much bankspace in getting rid of all of those tiaras!
I left her a message on her blog too, but it hasn't shown up. :(
